Becky Pearson Consultancy was established in 2016 by Rebekah (Becky) Pearson.
Becky qualified as a social worker in 1989 and has worked in the voluntary, charity, independent and statutory sector as a probation officer, social worker in Family Placement Services, service manager, director and chief executive.
A proud holder of an MBA with distinction from Leicester University, Becky has been recognised for her business development skills, having been a finalist in a number of business awards.
Becky has forged a reputation as a strong leader who can motivate and inspire others. Her particular areas of expertise is in growing new businesses and developing those in need of additional support in order to meet their strategic aims.
Becky is registered with HCPC, holds a current DBS certificate and is a member of Nagalro. Having worked in Oslo between 2014-2016 as a child care consultant, Becky is fluent in Norwegian.
Becky is supported by a number of associates with expertise in fostering, training, assessments and consultancy who can be drawn on as co-workers, dependent upon the size of the task and geographic location. All associates hold a current DBS disclosure and professional indemnity and liability insurance.
